Terms of Service

By submitting a guest registration through Rezflows you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit the form.

Rezflows is a software platform used by short-term rental property owners and managers ("Hosts") to collect and manage guest registration information for their properties. Rezflows is not a party to your stay agreement with the Host and does not own, operate, or manage any property.

You represent that the information you submit is true, accurate, and complete, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are authorized to register the guests and vehicles you list. Submitting false or incomplete information may result in cancellation of your reservation by the Host and could violate property rules or local law.

You consent to upload the primary guest's driver's license for the purpose of identity verification by the Host at check-in. You confirm that you have the authority of the license holder to upload the image. The image will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Submit information that you do not have the right to provide
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform without authorization
• Use automated means to submit registrations
• Interfere with another guest's submission or attempt to access another submission

Each Host is solely responsible for the property, the rental agreement with you, and the handling of your information after submission. Disputes about your stay, deposits, fees, or property rules should be directed to the Host.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except to the extent these warranties cannot be excluded by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rezflows will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service or from any submission you make through it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be reflected on the registration page.
