Check-in instructions

Please review these instructions carefully before you arrive. Heading to the wrong gate will get you turned away — the back gate does not allow check-ins, and you'll be sent on an unnecessary 20-minute drive back to the welcome center.

Food deliveries & vendors

If you're expecting a food delivery or any vendor (cleaner, repair, grocery drop-off, etc.), please notify your host in advance during reasonable hours so we can call them in at the gate.

Note: if a vendor's vehicle stays on the property for an extended period, it will count toward the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the property.

Getting to the community

Set your GPS to 525 Penn Estates Dr, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301 as your first stop.Open in Google Maps

Make sure your route uses the Hallet Rd intersection. Other routes may direct you to the rear gate, where entry is not permitted.

Once you arrive at the front gate, switch your GPS to your actual property address.

At the gate

Pull up to the gate using the Visitor's Lane on the right side.

Press the call button.

When security answers, give them the address of the house you're staying at and follow their instructions.

Keep this pass visible in your vehicle at all times while inside the community.

After your first check-in

Once you've checked in with security at the front gate, you're free to use either gate for the rest of your stay. Just scan your pass at the gate reader on entry — no need to stop and speak with security again.

House entry & guidebook

Your house entry instructions and a full digital guidebook will be sent to you on the day of your arrival — once these three steps are complete:

Security deposit paid
